欢迎使用「报账管家」（Expense Helper，Bundle ID：com.appshub.exphelper，以下简称「本 App」）。本 App 由 AppsHub（以下简称「我们」）提供。本文件为最终用户许可协议（End User License Agreement, EULA），亦称「用户协议」或「Terms of Use」。下载、安装或使用本 App，即表示您同意本协议。若不同意，请卸载本 App。
自动续期订阅提示：本 App 提供通过 Apple App Store 购买的自动续期会员订阅。价格与周期以 App 内 StoreKit 实时展示为准；确认购买后从 Apple ID 扣款；除非在当前周期结束前至少 24 小时关闭自动续费，否则自动续期；可在 iOS「设置 → Apple ID → 订阅」中管理或取消。
1. 服务说明
- 相机/相册导入票据，设备本地 OCR 识别；
- 报销夹归档、导出 PDF/CSV、本地备份；
- 通过 App Store 购买自动续期会员订阅。
本 App 不是会计师事务所、税务代理机构或金融机构。
2. 使用资格
您应具备完全民事行为能力；订阅需有效 Apple ID；并遵守所在地区法律法规。
3. 免费版与会员订阅（Auto-Renewable Subscriptions）
3.1 免费版可能受每日/每月扫票次数、报销夹数量、导出功能等限制（以 App 内展示为准）。
3.2 自动续期订阅产品（名称与价格以 App 内 StoreKit 展示为准）：

3.3 订阅条款
- 付款在确认购买时从您的 Apple ID 账户扣款；
- 除非在当前订阅周期结束前至少 24 小时关闭自动续费，否则订阅将自动续期；
- 续费将在当前周期结束前 24 小时内向 Apple ID 账户扣款；
- 您可在购买后前往 iOS「设置 → Apple ID → 订阅」管理或取消；
- App 内提供「恢复购买」；退款申请由 Apple 按照其政策处理；
- 免费试用或推介优惠（如有）未使用部分，在购买订阅时可能失效（以 Apple 与 ASC 配置为准）。
取消订阅后，会员权益保留至当前已付费周期结束；本地票据与报销数据不会被删除。
4. 用户内容与数据责任
您对票据及报销数据负责；应确保内容合法；请自行备份，我们对设备丢失或未备份造成的损失不承担责任。
5. OCR 与导出免责声明
识别结果可能存在遗漏或错误，导出内容仅供辅助整理，不构成专业财务或税务意见。提交前请务必核对原票。
6. 可接受的使用规范
不得逆向工程、从事违法或伪造票据活动、干扰服务，或未经授权转售会员权益。
7. 知识产权
App 软件与设计归我们或权利人所有。我们授予您有限的个人、非独占、可撤销使用许可。
8. 第三方服务
订阅、支付、OCR 等依赖 Apple 平台服务。Apple 并非本协议一方。
9. 隐私保护
详见 App 内《隐私政策（Privacy Policy）》及 https://tools.taskbao.com/expprivacy.html。
10. 服务变更与终止
我们可能更新功能或限额；您可随时停止使用并卸载 App。
11. 免责声明与责任限制
App 按「现状」提供。在法律允许范围内，我们对间接损害不承担责任；总赔偿责任不超过过去 12 个月订阅费或人民币 100 元（以较高且合法者为限）。
12. 适用法律
适用中华人民共和国大陆地区法律。争议协商不成的，提交开发者所在地有管辖权的法院诉讼解决。

更新版本在 App 内发布。继续使用即视为接受。

Welcome to Expense Helper (报账管家; Bundle ID: com.appshub.exphelper, the "App") by AppsHub ("we"). This document is the End User License Agreement (EULA), also referred to as "Terms of Use" or "Terms of Service." By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, uninstall the App.
Auto-renewable subscriptions: The App offers memberships via the Apple App Store. Price and period are shown in-app by StoreKit. Payment is charged to your Apple ID upon confirmation. Subscriptions renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before period end. Manage in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
1. Service
- Import receipts via camera or library; on-device OCR;
- Expense folders, PDF/CSV export, local backup;
- Auto-renewable memberships via the App Store.
The App is not an accounting firm, tax agency, or financial institution.
2. Eligibility
You must have legal capacity to agree; purchases require a valid Apple ID; you must comply with applicable laws.
3. Free Tier and Subscriptions (Auto-Renewable)
3.1 Free tier may limit daily/monthly scans, folders, export features, etc. (as shown in the App).
3.2 Subscription products (names and prices as shown in-app via StoreKit):

3.3 Subscription terms
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID upon confirmation;
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is off at least 24 hours before period end;
- Renewal is charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period;
- Manage or cancel in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions after purchase;
- Restore purchases in the App; refunds are handled by Apple;
- Any unused free trial or promotional period may be forfeited when purchasing a subscription (if applicable).
After cancellation, benefits last until the paid period ends; local receipt data is not deleted.
4. User Content
You are responsible for your receipts and expense data. Back up important data; we are not liable for device loss or lack of backup.
5. OCR Disclaimer
Recognition may be incomplete or incorrect. Exports are aids only, not professional financial or tax advice. Verify against originals before submission.
6. Acceptable Use
No reverse engineering, unlawful or forged-document use, service interference, or unauthorized resale of membership.
7. Intellectual Property
App software and design belong to us or licensors. We grant a limited personal, non-exclusive, revocable license.
8. Third-Party Services
Subscriptions, payments, and OCR rely on Apple services. Apple is not a party to these Terms.
9. Privacy
See the in-app Privacy Policy and https://tools.taskbao.com/expprivacy.html.
10. Changes and Termination
We may update features or limits. You may stop using the App at any time.
11. Disclaimer and Liability
The App is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages; total liability is capped at subscription fees paid in the past 12 months or CNY 100, whichever is greater and lawful.
12. Governing Law
Governed by the laws of mainland China. Disputes shall be resolved in a competent court where the developer is located if negotiation fails.
13. Updates
Revised Terms are published in the App. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
